Super 8 by Wyndham Monroe

The place has been remodeled recently so inside the rooms look nothing like the outside. The cleanliness of the room shocked me, it was spotless including the bathtubs!! I took a bubble bath because it was that clean. The staff was all around great and very nice.

I've stayed at this location several times and every time I was met with the nicest staff. Especially Sabrina and Penny who were each friendly, helpful and accommodating. Will definitely return this summer when the pool opens!

first room the heat didn’t work but they got us a new room and it was good besides the bathroom door but again it was clean didn’t see no bugs beds and pillows were comfy would definitely stay here again and for the price you can’t beat it

My husband and I are having issues with our electricity. We needed a place to stay because we had no A/C at home. We initially went to the quality Inn. We stayed one night and were kicked out. We have two service dogs. Someone did not want us to be there and told some untruths about us leaving the dogs in the room by themselves and that they had barked out of control. My husband is a retired, disabled Army Veteran. I am a Nurse at a local Hospital. We did not deserve this. We had previously stayed at the Super 8 and remembered how nice the employees were. We came over the same day. Shanda and Penny welcomed us with warm smiles and very sweet dispositions. They checked us into a clean and comfortable room. We may be here a while. We've met several other employees who have also been friendly and helpful. The reviews that are not five stars; seem to be petty. Those individuals need to look beyond the small things and see what a nice place this is. I can see that Wyndham is beginning to make repairs. New roofing and ,pool repairs are taking place. No, this is not a resort. It is a safe, comfortable place to stay. My husband and I don't make a huge amount of money. This place is perfect for us.

This hotel has very nice, accommodating staff. My bed is very comfortable. The sheets are fresh and clean, LITERALLY just out of the dryer. I have a nice TV with cable, and a nice sized refrigerator and microwave. The shower looks clean. There was some kind of snaffu that prevented the hotel from being able to check people in promptly at 3pm and you could tell every staff member was trying hard to get the hotel in order as quickly as possible. The receptionist worked hard to adjust my reservation to a non-smoking room and they were very kind in allowing me to get off the road fast by checking into a hotel with clean sheets but unfinished beds, at my request. I put my sheets down and was very happy. The air conditioning was on and the room smells clean. The parking lot was clean and busy. I chose this hotel because it was a good deal on the price for a week long stay and they allow cats. When I first arrived I thought this place was not going to be good, but the staff really made the difference.

Room 205. Immaculate and tastefully appointed. We were greeted by Chris at the front desk. She made us feel as though, after many years we had finally made it home. We felt comfortable, which is what we all want when traveling and away from home. Very pleasant experience all around. Who would have thought? Monroe North Carolina. A+A+A+5 stars
